GENERAL
- Commissions are FCFS (first come first served) so you'll have to wait in queue for me to finish the client before you, i will let you know when im starting to work on your commission!- I will contact you via your preffered contact (Discord, Twitter, etc) to discuss further there.I have right to refuse your commissions if i don't feel like i can do it.claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.-I AM A STUDENT therefore most of my week is busy by school, my work times are mostly on the weekends and this is why the commission might take a while.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
-Payment Trough VGen and Paypal are allowed-Payment is taking upfront in the sketch phase, after i delivered you the sketches and you are happy with the result you will proceed to pay me the 100% of the commission (half-payment can be arranged, ask!)-Refunds can only be done in the sketch phase, after you confirm the sketch phase there is no refunds allowed.-If you wish to cancel your commission for any reason i will stop working on it but i wont offer a refund.-Aditional price can be charged if your character is too complicated.REVISIONS & COMMUNICATION
-I offer Revisions in the sketch phase, if you wish to see more while im painting or lining please let me know beforehand.-You are allowed to contact me if you wanna check up in the process whenever you like, but i may not respond fast since i have school and streamer duty, but i will contact you as soon as posible.-Keep our conversations professional even if im being kind to you this is no excuse to spam me with messages or trying to be my friend, please remember this is a artist and client relationship and i will be happy to aid you in whatever you need kindly as long as you do the same.-If i haven't been in contact with you (especially if the payment hasn't been made) i haven't forgot about you! this means i have a lot of work before you and i ask for you to be patient while i contact you as soon as is possible!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-The estimated time of delivery is max. 1 monthIf you have a deadline you want me to meet (before 1 month) a rush fee would be aplied (50% of commission cost)-Artwork would be delivered through your prefered platform (email, Discord,Twitter,facebook) on a Google drive folder.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-Personal and Commercial use is OK! if you payed for the commercial rights you can share the art, use it in merch, branding, etc...I retain full rights to the original artwork.- I have the right to post it or use it in my portfolio.-It is prohibited to use, upload or sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or any form of cryptocurrency.-You don't have permissions of modify or resell my art.-In case selling your Vtuber persona with my art included, please contact me.
